You Are On Time For Your Destiny

What Is Your Relationship With Time?

Do you allow yourself time?

Time to heal?
Time to read?
Time to rest?
Time to improve?
Time to grieve?
Time to be curious?
Time to learn new things?
Time to let go?
Time to play?
Time to snuggle?
Time to love?
Time to be grateful?
Time to cry?
Time to laugh?
Time to prepare meals?

I recently used an NLP technique with someone who questioned the timing of something in their life and whether 'it' will happen, as well as if they are in the right place for 'it' to occur. My response was: "You are on time for your destiny."

It’s important to remember that your body always responds to your emotions and thoughts. It makes biological adaptations or adjustments based on these signals. As a result, certain tissues, systems, and organs will adapt according to the biochemical environment created by your thoughts and emotions.

Are you always asking:
Why can't I keep up?
Who do I feel so exhausted all the time?
Why does it feel like time is slipping away?
Is there ever enough time?
Why am I gaining weight even though I'm doing everything 'right'?
Why does it feel like I'm always behind?
Will I ever catch up?

One such system that listens closely to whether or not you feel ahead of time or behind time is the thyroid, and these questions often point to deeper emotional conflicts related to timing, pressure, and self-expectations.

When we feel rushed, pressured, or like we’re running out of time, our thyroid can respond by speeding up or slowing down our metabolism to match our internal sense of urgency or delay.

These thyroid adaptations often relate to feeling "too slow" for something or needing to "hurry up" to keep up with life’s demands. It’s a biological response to how we perceive time in relation to our goals, expectations, and perceived limitations.

So, ask yourself: Are you giving yourself time? Not just to do, but to be? To trust that you are exactly where you need to be, right on schedule?

Because you are on time for your destiny.

How does time show up in your life? Let me know in the comments.
