Yosemite Women’s Yoga & Wellness Retreat

5 days. 4 nights. A return to your body, your rhythm, your truth.

Stephanie Gibson and Jena Baird retreat facilitators

About the Yosemite Retreat

This 5-day women’s yoga and wellness retreat is designed to help you reset your mind, reconnect with your body, and return to your life with renewed clarity. Held in the quiet mountains just outside Yosemite National Park, you’ll experience yoga, meditation, subconscious re-patterning, and deeply restorative practices that support transformation from the inside out.

A Space to Return to Yourself

Each year, women from across the country gather in the Yosemite mountains for a transformational experience of renewal, reconnection, and remembrance. This retreat offers more than rest — it’s an invitation to understand your body’s language, reprogram subconscious patterns, and realign with your authentic rhythm.

In the stillness of the Sierra Nevada foothills, surrounded by forest, starlight, and sisterhood, you’ll find the clarity that lives beneath the noise. This is your time to listen inward, restore balance, and return to the self you’ve always carried.

The Experience

Each retreat follows nature’s rhythm, moving from reflection to expansion, stillness to awakening. Through yoga, subconscious re-patterning, sound healing, and symbolic exploration, you’ll experience transformation as both embodied and effortless.

You’ll learn to read your body as metaphor, understand the signals that guide you, and anchor new awareness through movement, meditation, and creative integration.

This is a retreat of integration, immersion, and just being.
